Proudly serving Naas community for 20 years, we are seeking full-time Deli Assistant to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in delis , and is familiar with general deli operations (Bakery, Hot Food, Pre-pack Sandwich Prep), customer service and HACCP.
The ideal applicant is looking for 30+ hours per week and is flexible with weekdays and weekends
We’re seeking people who are comfortable working in fast paced environments.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Ensure the deli operates efficiently and effectively by providing our customers with the very best customer service and fresh food offering at all times in a clean, safe environment. Serving customers daily, preparing and packaging fresh food products.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES/NICE TO HAVES:

• Actively live the Centra brand-values i.e. Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based
• Merchandise and present the fresh aisle to the highest standard
• Ability to develop and promote good communication between employees and management in a safe, respectful and inclusive environment
• Manage employee performance, giving regular feedback, recognition and encouragement
• Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policies
• Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.
