We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deli Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality deli products. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensuring that their needs are met with efficiency and care.

SKILLS

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Experience in upselling products to enhance sales opportunities.
• Proficiency in cashiering and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Background in the restaurant or food industry is preferred.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
• Knowledge of food service practices, including food preparation techniques.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Operate the cash register accurately, processing transactions efficiently.
• Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
