Description Volante Farms in Needham, MA is a place for all seasons. As a fourth-generation family run farm, farm stand, and garden center Volante Farms has over one hundred years in the community. In 2012, the farm stand was remodeled adding two kitchens, a deli, bakery, and an ice cream stand/coffee bar. We are looking for a Deli Associate to join our growing team! Our goal is to make great food using great ingredients, focusing on scratch cooking, and using our homegrown produce. Our Deli Associates will: Use the deli slicer to cut meat Assist customers Make sandwiches The Deli Associate will be offered benefits if full time, including 401K, profit sharing, competitive wages, paid time off, and employee discounts. Responsibilities
