Description This Position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints, and addressing any questions or comments that customers may have. Deli Attendants perform many tasks. They take customers' orders, assemble the orders, and act as cashiers. Fast food is then served through over counters in the restaurant. On occasion workers may be responsible for serving food on trays. This is an entry level position! No experience is necessary! We will train the right candidate! Requirements Must have a basic knowledge of beverage brands, drink preparations and applicable health standards. Ability to describe all menu items, prices and methods of preparation. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Experience with POS system preferred. Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity. Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment. Requires SNHD Food Handlers Card
