We’re Hiring: Deli/Bakery Department Manager!
Do you love the smell of fresh-baked bread in the morning? Does the idea of crafting beautiful deli trays, perfect sandwiches, and mouth-watering pastries make you smile? If so, we want YOU to lead our Deli/Bakery team at White’s Foodliner!
We’re a locally-owned grocery store serving our rural community with pride, and we’re looking for a friendly, motivated leader to help us bring joy (and plenty of deliciousness!) to our customers every day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, train, and inspire our Deli & Bakery team
  • Create displays that make mouths water and eyes light up
  • Ensure top-notch quality, freshness, and food safety
  • Manage ordering, inventory, and scheduling
  • Bring your creativity to new recipes, daily specials, and bakery treats

What We’re Looking For:

  • A people-person who loves working with a team
  • Experience in food service, management, or bakery/deli a plus
  • Strong organizational & leadership skills
  • A passion for great food and excellent customer service

Location: St. John, Kansas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
