OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bakery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and kitchen management, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. As a Bakery Manager, you will lead a team of skilled bakers and staff, fostering an environment of creativity and excellence while maintaining efficient production processes.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in food service management or kitchen management within a bakery or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling practices, including safe preparation and storage techniques.
  • Experience in staff training and development, with a focus on enhancing team performance.
  • Familiarity with fine dining concepts as well as banquet service operations is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Previous experience in cash handling is advantageous for overseeing financial transactions within the bakery setting.
