OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deli Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of deli products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service and product knowledge.
Hours will be 6:30am-3:00pm with every other weekend off and a steady day off in the week - this can be discussed at time of interview.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred, with a focus on food preparation and serving.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Strong time management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
  • Culinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
