Provide a professional example for other store team members to follow through coaching and personal evaluations. Possess sufficient knowledge and ability to teach others all fundamentals of deli production. This will include mixing, scaling, cooking, frying, and finishing. Maintain a high level of coordination and communication with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of products and service throughout the store and within the deli operation. Maintain adequate and appropriate department records at all times.
Responsibilities
The clerk is responsible for performing essential duties with accuracy and maintaining high productivity, while also exhibiting excellent customer relations and promoting high department morale through professional communication. This role involves teaching others all fundamentals of deli production, including mixing, cooking, and finishing processes, alongside maintaining coordination with other departments.
