REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in team management within a food service or hospitality environment.
• Strong skills in inventory control.
• Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen management best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and residents.
• Strong customer service skills
