Our incredible team who encourages others to be part of these experiences, immersing themselves in the world of food. What you’ll do Welcome and greet customers when entering or leaving the store. Answer customer questions, help locate items, and provide recommendations. Lead, motivate and encourage the deli team to ensure quotas are met. Direct meetings with the leadership team to effectively plan production and promotion goals. Ensure the deli is adequately stocked with quality ingredients and supplies. Develop and implement advertising and marketing strategies to attract new customers. Strategically arrange deli items in display cases to encourage customer purchases. Inspect deli items to ensure that established standards are met. Track deli supplies and place orders, as needed. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
