JOB OVERVIEW

The Deli Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the deli department, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service. This role involves managing staff, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.   • Previous experience in restaurant management or kitchen management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with culinary practices including catering, banquet services, and bar operations is a plus.
