• Oversee daily deli operations, ensuring our team delivers top-notch service and quality.
• Lead, coach, and support deli staff so they can shine in their roles.
• Apply proven management principles—clear communication, accountability, and empowerment—to build a motivated, respectful, and customer-focused team.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and recognition to strengthen skills and boost morale.
• Foster a culture of collaboration by resolving conflicts fairly, encouraging teamwork, and leading by example.
• Work alongside and support our Deli Inventory & Procurement Manager to keep operations coordinated and efficient.
• Bring energy and a sharp attention to detail to everything you do—especially when it comes to following FIFO principles and maintaining fresh, accurate stock rotation.
• Maintain exceptional food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with management on scheduling, training, and staffing needs.
• Jump in where needed—whether it’s cutting prosciutto paper-thin, helping a customer build the perfect charcuterie party, or solving the occasional “rush hour madness.”
