Deli Services Position Responsibilities * Providing premier guest service, including greeting them and responding to questions. * Maintaining Coffee Cup’s high standards for product freshness and sanitation. * Dynamically selling product by providing guests with information needed to make product-related decisions. * Filling, maintaining and rotating products and displays. * Operating cash registers, meat and cheese slicers, oven, fryer, microwave, cutting tools, scale, and other Deli equipment. * Preparing, slicing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, and merchandising the department’s deli products. Deli products include deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, gourmet, and hot case items. * Assisting in other duties, as assigned. Qualifications: * Must be at least 16 years of age. * Must be able to frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift to 50 pounds. Experience & Skills * Operate manual and power equipment. * Work effectively in and around the public. * Provide the highest level of guest service to team and guests. * Perform physical labor. * Understand and carry out oral and written directions. * Maintain cooperative working relationships. * Demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse population. Responsibilities

The Deli Services team member is responsible for providing excellent guest service, preparing and merchandising deli products, and maintaining high standards of sanitation. They will operate various kitchen and deli equipment while ensuring product freshness and assisting with daily department tasks.
