Experience pay available Position Responsibilities * Providing premier guest service, including greeting them and responding to questions. * Maintaining Coffee Cup’s high standards for product freshness and sanitation. * Dynamically selling product by providing guests with information needed to make product-related decisions. * Filling, maintaining and rotating products and displays. * Operating cash registers, meat and cheese slicers, oven, fryer, microwave, cutting tools, scale, and other Deli equipment. * Preparing, slicing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, and merchandising the department’s deli products. Deli products include deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, gourmet, and hot case items. * Assisting in other duties, as assigned. Qualifications: * Must be at least 16 years of age. * Must be able to frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift to 50 pounds. Experience & Skills * Operate manual and power equipment. * Work effectively in and around the public. * Provide the highest level of guest service to team and guests. * Perform physical labor. * Understand and carry out oral and written directions. * Maintain cooperative working relationships. * Demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse population. Responsibilities
