Join Our Lauderdale Deli Team! If you love food, enjoy providing great customer service, and are available during the day, we’d love to hear from you! As a Deli Team Member, you’ll provide attentive service to our customers, preparing and serving: Fresh meat, poultry and fish Cold meats and smallgoods Salads and antipasto Ready-to-eat meals and pastries You’ll also help keep displays fresh and inviting, recommend products, and offer tasters. This is a casual role to start, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Previous deli experience is highly desirable, but not essential, we’ll provide training and support. The 2025-26 base hourly pay rates for level 1 adults are: Casual Weekdays $33.19 Saturday $39.83 Sunday $46.46 Additional penalty rates apply to public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts.
