OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Manager to oversee our delicatessen food service operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with a focus on food preparation, cheeses, cured meats, olives, and customer service. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in deli management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong background in food preparation operations.
  • Experience with team management and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is essential.
  • Previous experience in supervising staff, interviewing, and training new employees is preferred.
