Job Description We are seeking an experienced Delinea Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialist to join our cybersecurity team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and managing Delinea (formerly Thycotic) PAM solutions in enterprise environments. This role requires expertise in securing privileged accounts, ensuring compliance, and integrating PAM with IT systems and applications. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage Delinea PAM solutions including Secret Server, Privilege Manager, and related modules. Administer privileged accounts, enforce least privilege policies, and manage access workflows. Integrate PAM with enterprise systems, including Active Directory, cloud environments, databases, and IT applications. Monitor and report on privileged account usage and compliance metrics. Perform regular audits, risk assessments, and remediation of privileged account vulnerabilities. Collaborate with IT, security, and application teams to define PAM requirements and enforce security best practices. Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade PAM infrastructure as needed. Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to internal teams on PAM policies and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications 5–7 years of experience with Delinea/Thycotic PAM solutions in largeenterprise environments. Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management concepts (least privilege, session management, credential vaulting, etc.). Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows/Linux environments, databases, and cloud platforms. Experience integrating PAM with IT service management and security tools. Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR,etc.) related to privileged access. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English). Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia. Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as CISSP, Delinea Certified Administrator, or similar. Experience with scripting/automation for PAM workflows.
