We are one of the world's leading clean energy technology companies, and we're on the lookout for a driven and experienced Delivery Project Manager to join our growing team in Spain. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our project execution — making sure our solar and energy storage solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. Let's dive right in: Lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale and commercial solar PV and energy storage projects across Spain, ensuring full compliance with contractual scope, timelines, and budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire project lifecycle — from purchase order to successful commissioning. Coordinate and align internal teams (sales, product management, service) as well as external subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee all project technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission at every project milestone. Support and accompany customers during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) as required. Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, contributing to best practices across the Spanish project portfolio. Your profile Alright, alright — that sounds like quite the adventure, doesn't it? Now, to truly thrive in this role and grow with us for the long run, your background should look something like this: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in project management, technical design, or project delivery within the solar PV, inverter, or renewable energy industry — EPC background is a strong plus. Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from kick-off through commissioning. Strong contract management skills, with the ability to navigate scope changes, delivery obligations, and customer expectations with confidence. Spanish C1 and English C1 are required; additional European languages are a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel across Spain and occasionally internationally for site visits, FATs, and SATs. Knowledge of energy storage systems is a strong advantage. Why us? Responsibilities
