Responsibilities

The Delivery Account Manager plays a key role in managing and growing our relationships with delivery partners like Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat. You’ll be responsible for performance, operations, and innovation across all delivery platforms—driving revenue, improving the customer experience, and identifying commercial growth channels.
This role also involves working across departments—from Ops to Marketing—to launch campaigns, spot pinch points, and build scalable solutions that benefit both our teams and our customers.
