Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Coordination Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, and invoices in the system. Ensure all orders are entered accurately and in line with company policies. Liaise with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Support sales executives with documentation for tenders, proposals, and bids. Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and billing. Monitor and keep track of clients’ service renewal dateline Reporting & Documentation Track sales orders, stock availability, and delivery status. Ensure all sales-related documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed. Customer Service Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Support issue resolution related to order processing, delivery, or billing. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners. Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, order management, or customer service. Experience in IT/telecom is an added advantage. Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience using CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP) preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Attributes: Customer-oriented mindset. Team player with a proactive attitude. High level of accuracy and accountability. Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
