JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Bike Riders to join our courier delivery team. The role involves collecting and delivering parcels, documents, and packages to clients while ensuring timely, professional service and adherence to traffic regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid motorcycle/bike license.
• Proven experience as a bike rider, delivery rider, or courier is preferred.
• Good knowledge of city routes and navigation apps.
• Ability to handle packages of varying sizes and weights.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

• Pick up and deliver parcels/documents/packages to customers as per assigned routes and schedules.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Handle packages with care to prevent damage.
• Maintain delivery records and collect signatures when required.
• Communicate with dispatchers for delivery instructions or updates.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Report any vehicle issues, delays, or incidents to the supervisor promptly.
