We are currently recruiting a Delivery & Installation Assistant which will be based in Auckland. The Delivery & Installation team in Auckland look after our growing customer base Auckland-wide. Our aim is to achieve the ultimate in quality, service, and customer satisfaction, and we know that means looking after you behind the scenes too.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering and basic installing of appliances
• Receiving and loading orders onto the delivery truck and unloading of goods
• Accurate completion of associated paperwork, provide basic product overviews, and training to customers
• From time to time you may also be supporting the workshop and warehouse
• Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
• Work closely with logistics teams, schedulers, and support staff to ensure smooth operations.

About you:

• Similar experience in a driver delivery role but we’ll provide training to the right person
• A clean and valid Class 1 Drivers License would be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of the transport industry and good geographical knowledge of Auckland
• Provide premium customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
