The Specialist assists the Volunteer Engagement team with volunteer event support, including onsite pickups/deliveries, managing inventory of donated items for tracking for our Gifts-in-Kind (donations) Program, picking up Gifts-in-Kind donations from donors and partners, delivering needed items to nonprofit and school partners, and managing three inventory storage spaces. Requirements The Delivery and Inventory Specialist will support our engagements and events. Assist Volunteer Engagement Team with materials for volunteer event preparation Assist at volunteer opportunities and organizational events as needed Assist in inventory management, organization and distribution across three storage locations Coordinate transportation and distribution logistics with external vendors and partners using company van. Required Education & Experience A combination of education or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid Arizona Drivers License and pass internal car insurance requirements Able to lift up to 75lbs. Able to safely operate a pallet jack and cargo truck, up to 26’ long, with lift gate. Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
