Description The Delivery Assistant is responsible for executing merchandising plans and work order instructions in the assigned stores in Okmulgee/Muskogee, OK. Assist in all facets of maximizing A&B's presentation and sales to consumers at retail. Responsibilities: Abides by all Company requirements and policies written in the Associate Handbook. Adheres to all state and federal regulations and standards. Projects a positive image to all retailers, coworkers, and consumers, which is consistent with company expectations. Merchandise palletized delivery. Stock coolers, rotate stock, maintain existing displays and assist in building new displays. Maintain and account for all of Specialty Brands company equipment. Follow and execute Specialty Brands standard Delivery call. Is reliable and feels the accountability of the work they perform as a vital contributor to the team. Understands that a flexible work schedule may be required for this position. Attends all required company meetings. Requirements Required: Must be 18+ years of age or older with a Valid Driver’s license High School Diploma or GED equivalent Preferred: 1+ years customer service or sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as a demonstrated ability to utilize sales applications within ERP software (i.e. Encompass). 1+ year of customer service, retail, sales, or service industry experience Physical Requirements: Ability to routinely lift 25 – 75 lbs., climb, reach and perform various physical maneuvers to perform the essential functions of the job. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current valid Drivers License depending on location. This license must comply with our insurance carrier’s guidelines for an acceptable, insured driver. ABLE Commission license if employed in Oklahoma.
