The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: What You Will Do: Ensure the timely and accurate delivery parts and components to meet production schedules and customer demands Evaluate and ensure supplier produced Aero-Engine parts are delivered by commitment dates Proactively identify delivery issues Monitor MRP tools, production schedules, WIP (shop floor), and non-conformances against delivery commit dates Identify bottlenecks, create mitigation plans, generate and track action items to closure Maintain and update LOBs and WIP trackers Present supplier performance updates and risks to key stakeholders Work requires the natural ability to easily develop positive, customer-facing, working relationships with engineers, buyers, and program management at both the OEM and supply base levels Document, summarize, write reports, and disseminate information per requirements What You Will Bring: 3+ years direct experience required AS or BS in business, supply chain, or technical field preferred but not required Proficiency with MS Office required Experience with Supply Chain processes in manufacturing environment Direct experience managing suppliers’ delivery performance, creating WIP trackers and LOBs, and walking shop floor to track parts is required Excellent communication skills between multiple departments (internally and with external suppliers) Castings experience is desirable but not required Experience with SAP or similar ERP system valued Ability to resolve conflicting situations Experience with heavily regulated industries with strict adherence to procedures Comfortable working in shop floor environment Strong relationship building/teamwork skills Pay Range: $31.25/hour - $36.00/hour Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Minneapolis, MN. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
