As a Delivery Coach Chief Operations Office , you will play an integral part in contributing to the ongoing transformation within CommBank and drive exceptional outcomes for our customers and our people. You will be pivotal in upholding a standard of excellence across the coaching capability within the Chief Operations Office. You will be an experienced and passionate agile coach enabling best practice across the Group. You will be responsible for partnering with leaders and teams to develop and implement their agile practices, develop their understanding of agile values and instil a culture of continuous improvement and learning. As a Delivery Coach you will be responsible for establishing coaching agreements and plans with your business sponsors, focusing on initiatives enabling our strategic priorities resulting in a bright future for all.
