Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing strong relationships with clients, and understanding their unique hiring needs. You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent and utilize your negotiation skills to ensure a smooth hiring process for both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their engineering recruitment needs and expectations Source and screen candidates using various platforms and techniques to build a robust talent pipeline Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit for clients Facilitate the interview process between clients and candidates, managing feedback and communications Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities within the engineering sector Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies Organize recruitment campaigns, attending industry events to network and promote company services Experience and Skills Required: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the engineering field Strong understanding of the engineering industry and key roles within it Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously Strong negotiation skills and a result-oriented mindset Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for sourcing candidates Ideal candidates will have a passion for engineering and a drive to connect talent with opportunity. Monthly Salary Between R30000 and R45000 based on experience plus a lucrative commission structure.
