Your new Role You will work with a close-knit team in Brisbane as a Delivery Consultant, responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing high-quality candidates across our permanent and contract recruitment offerings for leading organisations across Australia. Your Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with various Consultants to support roles in software engineering, data, digital, cloud or change and transformation. Proactively source and screen candidates for live and future roles using a range of sourcing methods (LinkedIn, CRM, referrals, job boards) Conduct detailed qualification calls and interviews, ensuring strong technical and cultural fit Ensure a positive candidate experience through end-to-end delivery including shortlisting, coordinating interviews, providing feedback, gathering references, and setting up for onboarding. Write compelling job adverts and managing applications. Keep candidate records and workflows up to date. Contribute to resourcing strategy discussions, market mapping, and talent pooling. Build your knowledge and presence in your area of specialisation Effectively manage candidate lifecycle through active use of the CRM Key Requirements of the Ideal candidate We encourage candidates from other recruitment sectors to apply. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build positive relationships A genuine team player with a desire to grow within the recruitment industry Curiosity and willingness to learn 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment role Proven candidate management experience Ability to head hunt using various systems, with a strong proficiency in Boolean search strings or recruitment technologies.
