We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Delivery Coordinator: to ensure our vehicle deliveries are seamless, professional, and memorable. Ensure from our finance department to our detailing department to customer pick up is absolutely seamless and over delivering on all expectations.
Position Overview::
As the Delivery Coordinator, you’ll be the final link between our dealership and our customers at the point of delivery. You’ll ensure every new and pre-owned vehicle is perfectly prepared. Your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and friendly personality will help us provide an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities::

  • Coordinate the scheduling and preparation of all sold vehicle deliveries.
  • Work closely with the sales, service, and detailing teams to ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready on time.
  • Complete pre-delivery inspections and ensure all accessories are installed.
  • Organize and prepare all required delivery documentation and warranty materials.
  • Conduct vehicle orientation with customers, explaining features, controls, and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure license plates, registration, and insurance documents are properly handled.
  • Follow up with customers post-delivery to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized delivery area and process to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications::

  • Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with basic computer programs (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
