Description Position Overview The Automotive Delivery Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and memorable vehicle delivery experience for our customers. This position works closely with the sales, finance, and service departments to coordinate all aspects of the delivery process. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries with customers Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately prior to delivery Prepare vehicles for delivery, including confirming detailing and fuel levels Conduct vehicle walk-throughs with customers, explaining features and technology Assist customers with setting up Bluetooth, navigation, and mobile apps Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction Maintain delivery logs and documentation Work collaboratively with sales and service teams to meet delivery timelines Requirements Qualifications: Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable with technology and vehicle features Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
