The Delivery Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a flawless vehicle delivery experience for our customers. You will be responsible for coordinating vehicle deliveries, preparing vehicles for handover, and providing exceptional customer service during the delivery process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable moments for Audi customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries with customers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery, including ensuring they are clean, fully inspected, and equipped with all necessary documentation and accessories.
  • Conduct thorough delivery presentations, walking customers through vehicle features, technology, and operation.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to delivery status and vehicle preparation via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Utilize CRM software to track delivery schedules, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to ensure seamless handoff from sale to delivery.
  • Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of delivery checklists, customer feedback, and post-delivery follow-ups.
  • Stay up to date with Audi product knowledge, including vehicle features, technology, and available accessories.
  • Assist with managing delivery-related logistics, such as coordinating with the service department or third-party vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures during the delivery process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in customer service, automotive, or logistics coordination is preferred, but not required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and technology tools.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A passion for the automotive industry, particularly Audi, is a plus!
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
