  • Ability to identify and analyse program delivery risk and use professional judgement to develop and execute mitigation strategies and controls.
  • Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and within legislative and policy frameworks.
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and communicate with influence to engage strategically through change, resolve conflict and manage sensitivities.
  • Ability to manage corporate functions such as budgets, procurement, contracts and human resources at a program/project level.

Desirable

  • Experience with ICT operating models.
  • Experience in delivering Australia government ICT and/or transformation programs.
  • Experience in implementing SAFe agile project methodology or similar.
  • Experience in delivering large-scale bespoke software development projects facilitated by modern cloud hosting arrangements and modern software development Lifecyle methodologies.
