In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Program Director Delivery Partner and play a pivotal role in overseeing a Giga infrastructure program delivery, managing a team of Discipline Delivery Directors, and ensuring successful execution of the projects while maintaining strong client relationships. What You'll Be Doing; Directly reporting to the Senior Program Director Delivery Partner and collaborating closely to ensure seamless program delivery from Procurement to Design and Construction up to handover to the Operations. Manage and oversee 5 Discipline Delivery Directors responsible for Wet Utilities, Dry Utilities, Roads and Bridges, Tunnels, and Mobility, ensuring alignment with program objectives and milestones. Lead and maintain strong client relationships as a primary point of contact, ensuring alignment with client expectations and program goals. Oversee and report program progress through regular updates, meetings, and presentations to the client and stakeholders. Review cost and risk analyses and provide strategic recommendations to address extra work claims and program adjustments. Ensure compliance with Company HSEQ policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety and quality across all program activities. Monitor resource deployment across all program components to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity. Lead program delivery efforts and provide strategic direction to ensure milestones and priorities are met effectively. Direct and assess program planning activities, identifying critical paths and ensuring alignment with overall program objectives. Develop and implement efficient procedures for program management, ensuring streamlined operations both in the office and on-site. Possess in-depth knowledge of contract documents and ensure adherence to contractual obligations throughout program delivery. Apply technical expertise to support constructability reviews and ensure program deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and feasibility. Coordinate with support functions (procurement, engineering, Contract, QHSE, Stakeholders’ management) What Required Skills You'll Bring; Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s Degree in Construction Management is preferred. Minimum 25 years of related work experience, primarily acquired with Tier 1 Western Contractors and/or major consultancy firms. At least 10 years of experience in the GCC, preferably in Saudi Arabia. Team player capable of bringing together a diverse team and working cooperatively with other departments. Proven ability to lead teams effectively, including managing Discipline Delivery Directors across multiple infrastructure domains. Extensive supervisory experience in large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, utilities, mobility) in the Middle East is preferred. Experience in infrastructure for an airport is a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
