In this role you will report to Head of Global PELM Transformation and have significant exposure to executive management of the LEGO Group. The LEGO Group is on an exciting journey to transform and modernize its Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) capabilities, ensuring that our business operations evolve to enhance product innovation and portfolio delivery. Our future state is “Play Experiences Lifecycle Management” (PELM) recognising that our future products will deliver richer play experiences to our consumers. As the Director, PELM Transformation Delivery, you will play a critical role in leading and driving this transformation, ensuring it delivers measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization to align technology with business strategy, enabling enhanced operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and scalability for future growth. In the role you will: Lead a cross-functional, indirect, programme team responsible for transformation delivery, including how the deliverables result in business outcomes and value, delivered through business change management and deployment of new capabilities Lead cross functional business engagement, ensuring the right stakeholders; business leaders and Subject Matter Experts are identified and engaged; with this role as the focal point shaping and prioritising the transformation programme. Work closely with senior business leaders, Digital teams, and functional leads (Product & Marketing Development, Operations, Finance, etc.) to define business needs, priorities, and success criteria for the long-term transformation. Ensure high transparency across the programme by creating and orchestrating the critical path, managing interdependencies across programmes, owning the preparation for critical strategic, decision-making meetings (up to C-level), and supporting teams to work towards defined milestones. Be the critical decider prioritising programme deliveries within and across workstreams. Working with functional and digital stakeholders to synthesize and manage programme scope, setting workstream direction and priorities, managing demand versus capacity and dependencies across the PELM workstreams and with dependencies beyond the PELM programme. Making recommendations to Senior Leadership Group members for changes in scope, prioritisation etc. Collaborate with our Digital Technology Leads and Implementation partner(s), ensuring implementation according to safeguard scope, timelines and resources to deliver a fit for purpose solution that is scalable and aligned with business objectives. Through established governance bodies onboard senior business leaders across the LEGO Group to significant milestones and system go-lives. Facilitate roadmap and business case(s) for future benefits to be harvested through engagement with stakeholders across the global organization. Foster an environment in which PELM Programme team members feel motivated and have an ability to grow and deliver. A higher degree within Engineering, Product Development or Management in combination with your eye for business and well-developed interpersonal skills helps you to form strong working relationships across all levels and functions in the organisation. Moreover, the successful candidate comes with: ~15 years of proven product development experience Extensive PLM experience coving master data, Bill of Material and Change Management amongst others Track record in leading large-scale Transformations in a multinational environment Strong business acumen with expertise in translating business needs into technology-driven solutions Strong structuring, stakeholder management, and business change management skills (incl. experience with executive-level communication).
