Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly skilled Delivery Director - Technical for our Residential division to oversee the technical delivery of residential projects. This leadership role demands in-depth technical knowledge, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and innovation in residential development. Responsibilities Lead and manage all technical aspects of residential project delivery, ensuring projects are executed in compliance with design specifications and technical standards. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to implement innovative solutions and address technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle. Establish and manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to meet project deliverables. Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and enhance quality outcomes. Serve as a key point of contact for technical queries, providing expert guidance and ensuring effective communication amongst all stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate project progress, implementing improvements and corrective actions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Champion best practices in construction technology and sustainable design, promoting innovation within the residential team. Prepare detailed reports and technical presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field At least 12 years of experience in technical project delivery, specifically within the residential sector Proven expertise in managing the technical aspects of large-scale construction projects Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to engage various stakeholders effectively Proficiency in project management software and tools
