YALA Kombucha is growing fast — and so are our delivery routes! We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Delivery Operator who can both arrange and make deliveries across UAE. If you’re as comfortable behind the wheel as you are behind a spreadsheet, and you thrive in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in logistics, delivery operations, or fleet coordination.
• Valid UAE driving license (manual) — confident driving a delivery van.
• Strong communicator in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai roads is a strong advantage.
• Familiar with Google Maps, routing tools, and basic Excel/Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to think quickly under pressure.

• Plan & optimize daily delivery routes for efficiency, covering B2B and B2C orders.
• Drive and complete deliveries as needed, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs.
• Coordinate with production to ensure the correct stock is packed and ready.
• Track, confirm, and communicate delivery schedules with clients.
• Monitor ETAs, adjust routes on the go, and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Handle client concerns or complaints with professionalism and a solution-first approach.
• Maintain delivery records, fuel logs, and track KPIs (on-time %, cost per delivery, etc.).
• Oversee vehicle upkeep: schedule servicing, monitor fuel usage, and ensure cleanliness.
