Job Description Work Conditions & Environment Exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature fluctuations (36-90 degrees), food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500 degrees, and sharp edges. Work in cramped quarters and varying floor types. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Lift packages up to 50lbs and carry items up to 30lbs. Stoop, bend, reach, and climb stairs (5+ flights may be required). Manipulate tools and dough with extended hand use. Sit for administrative duties and online training. Sensory & Communication Speak and hear clearly when communicating with customers and staff. Maintain near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks and long-distance/night driving. Demonstrate accurate depth perception and ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces. Delivery Responsibilities Deliver products by vehicle to customer-requested locations.
