Job Description As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the following duties: **Delivery Operations** Operate delivery vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and company safety standards Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using maps and navigational applications Locate and deliver orders to designated addresses within the delivery area Navigate multi-story buildings and adverse terrain to complete deliveries Maintain accurate delivery records and complete associated paperwork **In-Store Support** Operate all equipment as directed Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler Prepare products according to company specifications as needed Receive and process telephone orders when required Maintain cleanliness of designated work areas and equipment on a daily basis **Customer and Team Communication** Communicate effectively with customers and team members both verbally and in writing Process orders accurately over the phone and in person Provide professional customer service and service recovery as needed Comprehend and execute written instructions correctly **Administrative and Financial Responsibilities** Process monetary transactions accurately, including calculating change Perform mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with accuracy Enter orders using computer keyboards or touch screens Maintain precise documentation of deliveries and transactions Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
