Job Description Provide great customer service while delivering pizza to customers in a timely and professional manner. Operate delivery vehicle safely and responsibly while adhering to all traffic laws and company driving policies. Receive and process telephone orders accurately and courteously. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler according to inventory standards. Prepare product following company recipes and food safety guidelines. Clean facility and equipment daily to maintain health and safety standards. Handle cash and process customer payments accurately, including managing change and payment methods. Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues to management. Plan efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel usage. Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally while representing the company positively. Qualifications Must have fun. You must be 18 years of age. Must have a valid driver license for a minimum of 2 years. Must have reliable car and auto insurance with your name listed. Pass a background check and driving record.
