Job Description We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Cambridge, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products reach our valued customers in a timely and professional manner. Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers' locations Navigate efficiently through Cambridge and surrounding areas using GPS and local knowledge Load and unload deliveries, ensuring proper handling of products Process customer orders and handle cash or electronic payments accurately Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle Communicate effectively with customers and team members Adhere to traffic laws and company safety policies at all times Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly Adapt to changing weather conditions and delivery schedules Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain a professional appearance Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent knowledge of Cambridge and surrounding areas Strong communication and customer service skills Basic math skills for handling payments and inventory Ability to use GPS technology and mobile devices for order processing Physical stamina to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 pounds Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure Attention to detail in maintaining accurate delivery records Basic computer skills for using order management systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and resilience in handling challenging situations High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Job Category Org: Store Delivery Expert
