This will allow for unlimited potential for growth within our company Job Description Wage range is $15-25/ hr with your hourly wage and tips earned We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Hugo, United States. Based at our 14531 Forest Blvd location, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to our valued customers. Load, transport, and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in Hugo and surrounding areas Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon package delivery Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and fuel consumption Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper functioning Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members Resolve customer concerns and report any issues to the appropriate personnel Assist with loading and unloading packages at the distribution center as needed Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory Physical stamina to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Thorough knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns in Hugo and surrounding areas Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible schedule, including availability for weekend and evening shifts Previous experience as a delivery driver preferred Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and delivery management software a plus Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
