21 Century Trading Inc. (branch in Kelowna)
Hours: Monday to Friday (Full time/roughly 8 hours per day),
Work on Saturday for $100.00 extra pay, working roughly 4 hours only).
Pay: 1st 6 months(training months), starts at $3,500/ month.
After 7 months (training months are over), earns $3,800/month.
After 1 year, depending on employee’s workload, pay increase more.
Benefits: Phone bill ($50.00/month) will be given.
Every two quarters, if branch does it well, bonus pay will be given.
Vaction pay after 1 year.
After 6 months
Health insurance (pharmacy, optometry, dentistry, Acupuncture,
message, etc) provided.
Expenditure for congratulations & condolences will be given after 6 months.
Work boots 50% (support) will be given after 6 months.
After 2 years,
Housing assistance pay will be given ($200/month) after 3 years will be ($300/month), after 4 years will be ($400/month).
RRSP contribution pay 3% will be given after 2 years.
Work Status: Provide work permit, permanent resident, citizenship.
Work description: Everyday, pack items and deliver to restaurants in Okanagan Area.
Required documents: During a interview, provide resume and class 5 driver license.
