Job Description Average wage is $15-25/ hr with your hourly wage and tips earned Join our team as a Delivery Driver at our 3551 Lexington Ave N location in Arden Hills, United States! We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products to our valued customers. Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport orders to customers' locations Navigate efficiently through Arden Hills and surrounding areas using maps and GPS technology Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Assist with in-store duties during non-delivery hours, including: Stocking ingredients and supplies Preparing products Receiving and processing telephone orders Taking inventory and completing associated paperwork Cleaning equipment and facilities Adapt to varying weather conditions and delivery environments Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle Adhere to all company policies, food safety regulations, and traffic laws Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent navigational skills and familiarity with the Arden Hills area Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficiency in basic math for accurate order processing and cash handling Ability to operate necessary equipment, including smartphones for navigation apps Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer literacy for order entry using keyboard or touch screen systems Physical ability to carry out delivery tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating stairs Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing schedules Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor Time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure Team player attitude with a willingness to assist with in-store duties as needed High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous experience in food delivery or customer service (preferred but not required) Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
