We’re looking for a driven Delivery Driver / Supply Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, closing sales, and being hands-on in the field. This role blends outside sales, customer service, and delivery operations, making it perfect for someone who thrives on variety and ownership. What You’ll Do Sales & Customer Relationships Visit existing customers to generate repeat supply orders Prospect and develop new customer relationships Educate customers on AllTerra products and solutions Prepare and deliver accurate quotes Maintain ongoing communication with customers and internal teams Delivery & Operations Safely load, transport, and deliver products on assigned routes Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure safe operation Ensure orders are delivered on time and in excellent condition Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and obtain signatures Coordinate stocking locations and future deliveries Warehouse & Support Duties Pull, load, and stock products efficiently Operate forklifts and assist with shipping and receiving Load and unload incoming/outgoing trailers Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment Support additional operational needs as assigned Requirements What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Previous sales experience (construction or supply industry preferred) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs Comfortable working in warehouse and outdoor environments Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office preferred) Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Preferred Skills & Traits Professional, customer-focused mindset Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and manage schedules effectively High integrity and strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Why Join AllTerra Central?
