Description ScrubaDub Auto Wash Centers, a 60 year old family business, is seeking a reliable and organized Delivery Driver / Distribution Manager to join our team. Based out of our central warehouse in Woburn, MA, this role is essential to keeping our New England locations stocked, supplied, and running smoothly. You'll be responsible for driving a box truck (no CDL required), managing inventory, and serving as a key operational link between our warehouse and our site managers. Key Responsibilities Stock and replenish warehouse inventory to ensure supply availability across all locations Deliver products and supplies to all ScrubaDub sites throughout New England Perform and document routine truck maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operation Maintain pallet jack equipment in proper working order Build and maintain positive working relationships with site managers Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently Communicate with managers and other stakeholders to ensure needs are met Benefits Hourly wage starting at $28 an hour with overtime potential Medical: Excellent benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance. Requirements Qualifications Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL not required) Must be able to pass a DOT physical examination Must be able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as required by the role Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Must be computer savvy; comfortable using inventory, scheduling, or order management systems Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Must be detail-oriented to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory tracking Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well with site managers and team members Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed to meet operational demands Experience operating a box truck or similar commercial vehicle preferred
