Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for reliable and professional Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our team on a flexible, bank basis. Based in Telford, this role involves delivering customer orders across key locations in the UK. You’ll represent the company with professionalism, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Load, check, and prepare delivery routes for daily runs.
  • Deliver orders promptly and accurately, offering assistance with unloading and putting away items when needed.
  • Obtain customer signatures using our digital Proof of Delivery (POD) system and return delivery notes in a timely manner.
  • Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any issues immediately.
  • Support warehouse operations when not on delivery, including picking, packing, labelling, and placing orders in correct dispatch areas.
  • Ensure van is kept clean, tidy, and roadworthy, adhering to 5S principles.
