Location: Swindon, SN3 4TQ
Contract: Permanent | Full time (40 hours per week)
Salary: £33,280 - £35,000 per annum
Working days: Mon - Sun (weekend working will be required)
Working hours: Morning - Evening (subject to business needs)
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Class 2 Delivery Driver will complete tasks assigned to them within the given area. They will focus on meeting delivery/collection times to other businesses, contributing to the overall Hit Rate target and they will ensure the highest possible service to the customer as they will represent the company during their interactions with our clients.

QUALITY AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:

• Accountable for ensuring all items arrive to the customer in the same state that they left our site.
• Accountable for ensuring you uphold the positive image of the brand at all times in a public facing role.
• Supporting customer queries from/with Account Managers and the RevOps team.
• Responsible for ensuring that any changes to delivery times are communicated to the Account Managers team and the Logistics Manager or site manager, as appropriate.
• Handling customer information with sensitivity and discretion and following our internal procedures.
