We’re currently seeking dependable and friendly drivers to join us on an on-call basis. Preference will be given to applicants who live within 15 minutes of our Ogden location:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Flexible availability for on-call shifts ranging between 6–10 hours
  • Valid Alberta Driver’s License
  • Valid AGLC SellSafe certification (QCW not required)
  • Clean criminal record and driver’s abstract
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with Calgary’s streets and neighborhoods
  • Comfortable using navigation apps and delivery software
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Passionate about cannabis and committed to top-tier service
  • Open to feedback and eager to grow with the team
  • Reliable, accountable, and professional in all tasks

REQUIREMENTS

  • Reliable personal vehicle for deliveries (fuel-efficient vehicles preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Smartphone with a data plan
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to evolving duties
  • Clean criminal and driving record
  • AGLC SellSafe certification
Responsibilities
  • Safely and promptly deliver cannabis products to customers
  • Ensure reliability, punctuality, and professionalism at all times
  • Perform vehicle inspections prior to shifts
  • Follow assigned delivery routes and adhere to safety and transportation regulations
  • Verify customer identity using valid government-issued photo ID before delivery
  • Use apps to manage delivery details and communicate with customers when needed
  • Accurately follow order instructions and special customer requests
  • Ensure product accuracy and match with work orders
  • Maintain a clean and secure vehicle, following all compliance and safety protocols
  • Communicate with management regarding issues or updates
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain a float for deliveries as needed
  • Collect payment upon delivery if required
  • Perform additional delivery-related tasks as assigned
