JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Rona division director, this position is responsible for delivering hardware and building materials in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle physically demanding work.

• Safely operate a delivery truck to transport products to customer locations.
• Load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols (may include use of forklift, pallet jack, or manually.
• Verify delivery loads against invoices and delivery information.
• Maintain delivery logs, electronic vehicle inspection records, and report any issues.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, including resolving minor issues or communicating concerns
• Assist in the yard or warehouse when not on delivery, including stocking and organizing materials.
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations and company policies.
