Title: Courier Delivery Driver
Reports To: Dispatcher
Territory: 111 railway street, Kingston, ON,
Status: Ground Up Employee
Hours of Work: 10 hours working day

PURPOSE: The courier delivery driver would be in charge of delivering 300-350 packages per day throughout the Kingston region, thus should have a flexible working schedule to accomplish the task methodically with corresponding physical capabilities.
Additional job duties include carrying out vehicle pre and post examinations and diligently recording the vehicle’s daily mileage and gas usage. The delivery associate should exhibit all duties by following safe driving habits.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Deliver packages in an efficient and timely manner
· Load and unload parcels into the vehicle
· Lend help to other drivers as requested by the dispatcher
· Conducting daily pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections
· Maintaining vehicle hygiene on a daily basis

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Exceptional customer service and attention to detail
· Time management and organizational skills
· Professional written and verbal communication skills
· Courier delivery experience will serve as an asset

WORKPLACE AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
· Able to use phone device
· Flexible schedule will be maneuver in highly congested traffic areas
